Booking Policy
Thank you for considering booking with Lorna Horne Ink. Please read the following booking policy carefully before making your appointment.
Deposits:
- Deposits are required to secure bookings and are non-refundable.
- Deposits can be transferred once if over 48 hours’ notice is given prior to the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- In case of cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, the client is liable for the full amount of their bill.
Booking Confirmation:
- Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit is received.
- The remaining balance is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Late Arrivals:
- Please arrive promptly for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time to accommodate other scheduled clients. Any no-shows will also be charged the total bill.
No Shows:
- Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may affect future bookings.
